Steve Stratton serves as senior vice president of DLT Solutions‘ enterprise applications division, where he is responsible for expanding the company’s provision of Oracle Engineered Systems to federal, state and local customers.
In executing his duties, the U.S. Army Special Forces and U.S. Secret Service veteran leads sales across all Oracle offerings for the company.
Stratton previously served as SVP of business development for QinetiQ North America when the company reported record results in 2010.
He told ExecutiveBiz in a 2011 interview that he worked with the senior business development leadership in QinetiQ NA’s three operations groups “to help define cross-group campaigns and solutions that we would want to bring to our customer base.”
Stratton also led business development and sales operations during his time with Commercial Data Systems, Inc., while also leading channel partner management for Oracle, virtualization, cloud computing and cross-domain offerings.
That company credits him with ‘significantly’ growing its federal government business during that time.
Prior to joining CDS, Stratton spent 10 years with SAIC, where he developed security assessments for the Defense Department and helped build out intelligence information systems for the Pentagon by providing network and software architecture assistance to regional and unified commands.
Stratton holds a bachelor’s degree in business and management information systems from St. Leo University in Tampa, FL.
