SAP subsidiary SuccessFactors is teaming with a global human resources services provider to deliver payroll and human capital management services in a cloud computing environment, SuccessFactors announced Wednesday.
SuccessFactors will integrate its Employee Central customers into euHReka, NorthgateArinso“™s global HR and payroll platform.
“Our customers are looking for truly global HCM solutions that are not only able to operate consistently in various countries, but also account for local business practices, legal requirements, compliance and statutory reporting,“ said Dmitri Krakovsky, SuccessFactors vice president for global product management.
Organizations use NGA’s services to have a specialist provider to run payroll in every currency, fulfill regulatory compliance based on individual country and provide expert support to employees in different languages, said Michael Custers, NGA vice president of global alliances and strategic marketing.
Custers added the company wants to give HR decision-makers more time to spend on the workforce, managing talent, analyzing HR trends and making business decisions as opposed to tracking legal changes or researching tax codes.
“We expect the global payroll outsourcing market to grow by 25 to 30 percent between 2012 and 2014,” said Rajesh Rajan, vice president of the Everest Group. “Integrated solutions between cloud-based payroll and workforce administration solutions will help fuel that growth.“
SuccessFactors launched a cloud-based payroll system in July 2012 for customers wanting to manage payroll in-house.
NGA will provide those customers payroll options through its inclusion framework and global service centers, depending on business requirements and service delivery preference based on geography.
Through Employee Central, customers can enlist an additional specialist provider for payroll and a connector will be available in early 2013.
