Citrix Systems is acquiring mobile security company Zenprise, following up on four previous acquisitions in an attempt to continue building its cloud-based management and collaboration portfolio, BYTE News reports.

Sumit Dhawan, Citrix group vice president and general manager, and Zenprise President and CEO Admit Pandey said in a conference call the companies aimed to help people work from any location, Seltzer writes.
Citrix plans to integrate Zenprise’s software into its CloudGateway and [email protected] product line, according to the report.
This acquisition follows four of Citrix’s previous buys over the past seven years including Netscaler in 2005, Xensource in 2007, VMlogix in 2010 and Kaviza and Cloud.com in 2011
