EMCOR Wins $30M for Base Operating Support Services in Washington Metropolitan Area - top government contractors - best government contracting eventEMCOR Government Services Inc. has won a $29,665,144 modification to provide regional base operating support services at Naval Support Activity Washington, Naval Support Activity Bethesda, Naval Support Activity South Potomac and Quantico Marine Corps base.

This modification exercises option 2 of a previously awarded firm-fixed-price, indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contract and raises its value to $167,332,288.

The contract includes, but is not limited to, repair and maintenance of property, facilities and assets.

Work will be performed primarily in Navy Yard, Washington, D.C., and Bethesda, Md., and the rest in Anacostia, Washington, D.C., Arlington, Va., Quantico, Va., and Dahlgren, Va.

Expected completion date is December 2013.

Contract funds in the amount of $9,620,912 are obligated and will expire at the end of current fiscal year.

The contracting activity is Naval Facilities Engineering Command Washington, Washington, D.C.
