Gary Newgaard

Gary Newgaard serves as vice president of federal sales at Pixia Corp., a Reston, Va.-based data technology provider.

The two-decade veteran joined the company in summer 2013 after leading federal sales at Isilon, a division of EMC.

Prior to joining Isilon, Newgaard held senior positions at ASRC Management, Paragon Systems, and Compaq/HP, where Newgaard grew the federal business 30 percent year-over-year.

He earned his Bachelor’s of Science in Business Administration with a major in Marketing from the University of Tennessee.

In addition to his university degree, Gary went on to the Executive Education Program at Harvard Business School.
