PwC US has appointed Tyler Prince to lead its U.S. Oracle practice, where he will return to the firm after spending seven years at Oracle as group vice president for alliances and channels in North America.
In his new role at PwC, he will serve as a principal and oversee the firm’s strategy of implementing Oracle products for clients, the firm said.
The 20-year industry veteran succeeds Gerard Verweij, principal and global Oracle practice leader, whom the firm said has taken on new responsibilities.
Tyler brings a wealth of experience to our team and clients as we help solve companies’ most complex business problems using Oracle technology and solutions from strategy through execution,” Verweij said. “We are continuing to invest in our Oracle practice and business given its importance for our clients across various industries.”
In his most recent role at Oracle, he was responsible for driving sales with the company’s business partners in applications, technology and hardware.
He also has held positions with PeopleSoft, IBM‘s business consulting segment and Andersen Consulting.
