Serco has named Alpna Khera CEO of the company’s Frontline Services business in India, The Hindu Business Line reports.
Khera will lead the development of Serco India’s frontline services business with a focus in transportation, healthcare, and education services.
Frontline services provide operational support for education and IT infrastructure among others, according to the article.
The executive will also be a member of Serco’s regional Africa, Middle East, Asia, and Australia board.
Prior to her appointment, Khera served in different executive roles at GE, BGGTS, and Torrent Power.
Serco already has a presence in India, including business process outsourcing services to both international and domestic customers from 42 centers across the country.
