Concurrent Technologies Corp. and New York-based software integrator InfoTech Solutions will team up to provide intelligence analysis services to the Defense Intelligence Agency under a $5.6 billion contract.
CTC said the Solutions for Intelligence II contract, or SITE II, includes an option to extend up to five years and covers professional support for security policymakers, defense planners and warfighters.
Ed Sheehan, CTC’s president and CEO, said the company was an awardee on SITE II’s predecessor contract in 2008.
“We are honored by this opportunity to work with CTC to support the intelligence community and our warfighters,“ said Matti Kon, president and CEO at InfoTech.
“We believe this will be the beginning of a dynamic relationship with CTC that may someday extend beyond the defense and intelligence sectors.”
InfoTech has worked on contracts for Raytheon, the Defense Department, U.S. Navy and the Space and Naval Warfare Systems Center.
