Oracle Providing Hospitality Consultant IT Storage System

OracleLogoOracle is providing its data storage system to hospitality industry analytics provider Avero LLC for data reporting and managing its information technology environment, Oracle said Tuesday.

Avero is implementing Oracle’s Pillar Axiom 600 Storage System in an attempt to run both its production and pre-production staging environments on a single platform and prioritize input and output of production applications.

Pillar Axiom is designed to support hybrid columnar compression for adding customers into the existing IT footprint, Oracle said.

Avero is also using Oracle Enterprise Manager 12c with the goal of viewing its IT environment from applications to storage, Oracle said.

Restaurant groups, hotels, and casinos such as Union Square Hospitality Group, CRAVE Restaurants and Romano’s Macaroni Grill work with Avero.
