Strongbridge Corp. holds a contract worth more than $1.5 million from the Defense Department to provide communications and outreach support to the department’s lead acquisition official.
The defense under secretary for acquisition, technology and logistics selected the Sterling, Va.-based firm to help plan media events and contribute articles.
According to FedBizOpps, the department was seeking a contractor to help the under secretary’s office design and maintain a website, plan communications strategies, develop presentations and write print materials.
Presentations are intended to support potential outreach opportunities and logistics requirements.
The contract has one year base period and a four-year renewal option.
Strongbridge’s work for federal government customers includes systems engineering, information technology services, strategic communications and program support.
