Judy Marks serves as CEO of Siemens Government Technologies where she provides solutions to the federal government from across its energy, industry, healthcare and future infrastructure and cities sectors.
Marks came to Siemens from Lockheed Martin, where she most recently served as vice president of strategy and business development for the company’s electronic systems business area. In this role, she was responsible for the strategy, planning, customer relations and new business capture of the $14 billion business area.
Marks was also president of two operating divisions over eight years in transportation and security solutions and distribution technologies focused on developing, integrating and delivering advanced solutions and services to federal customers worldwide.
Prior to Lockheed, Marks spent the first 10 years of her career at IBM Federal Systems Company, which was acquired by the Loral Corporation. After two years with Loral, the company was acquired by Lockheed.
She served 27 years with Lockheed and its predecessor companies and her experience spans multiple disciplines including systems engineering, engineering management, business development, capture management, subcontract management, program management and executive management.
Marks earned a bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering from Lehigh University, where she is a member of the institution’s advisory board for the P.C. Rossin College of Engineering and Applied Science.
