Rebecca Garcia is a director at SAS Federal, where she focuses on the Intelligence Community, FBI and the Drug Enforcement Agency.
In this role she is responsible for ensuring SAS delivers analytic solutions to the IC and law enforcement to help solve mission and information technology critical challenges.
Rebecca has supported this community since 1997. Before joining SAS, she was the director of business development for Boeing where she led sales efforts for a new organization focused on cyber products and services, and helped develop the company's cyber business plan for selling to DoD, intelligence, federal civilian, commercial and international customers.
Prior to that she was director of BD and sales at Northrop Grumman where she won new competitive business, managed budgets, and built business development, capture and proposal organizations in support of a $300M operating unit within the information systems sector. She also co-Led the GEOINT community of interest for the corporation.
As account relationship director for KPMG, LLP, Rebecca led the daily management of all business development within the IC, where she led the company's initial entrance into several IC customers, in the process growing KPMG's IC organization 15 percent her first year, and 30% the second year.
Rebecca has also worked for L-3 Communications, Titan Corporation, Keane Federal, Sybase and the National Security Agency.
Rebecca has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro, has been honored with three AFCEA Volunteer Awards, and completed a course on Capture Management at University of Chicago's Executive Education in the Booth School of Business.
