Parsons has named Khaled Naja vice president and area manager for its aviation division, according to a Construction Week Online article.
“We are especially glad to have Khaled on our team for of his innovative approach to programme management,” said Todd Wager, Parsons group president.
“His breadth of experience will support our aviation needs from program planning through construction and into active operations.”
Naja will operate of out of the firm’s offices in Doha, Qatar and he will also serve as the deputy program director for the New Doha International Airport North Terminal Project.
Previously chief operating officer for the Chicago Department of Aviation, Naja oversaw the design and construction of the O’Hare and Midway International Airports and of the $6.6 billion O’Hare modernization program.
He has 15 years of experience in infrastructure operations, maintenance and construction management.
