CA Technologies to Acquire Israeli IT Firm Nolio for More Than $40M - top government contractors - best government contracting event

CCA TechnologiesA Technologies Inc. will buy application deployment company Nolio ASAP for more than $40 million, according to a TechCrunch statement.

Nolio adds to the 10 Israeli start up companies acquired by CA, the most recent being website-monitoring firm WatchMouse, Leena Rao writes.

The Israeli company offers software that automates the deployment of distributed applications and helps information technology personnel manage these applications across the data center.

Rao notes that Nolio aggregated $7 million from Cedar Fund, Blumberg Capital and Iris Capital.
