Laurie Gallo serves as senior vice president at Booz Allen Hamilton and leads the firm's support to elements of the national security community.
She provides leadership support in the areas of all source intelligence analysis, mission operations support and counter-terrorism initiatives.
Gallo is an adviser to Booz Allen's community of professional intelligence analysts, which provides a forum for the firm's analysts to share information, capabilities and methodologies.
In addition, she is an adviser to the Women in International Security, a nonprofit, nonpartisan organization that focuses on increasing the influence of women in foreign and defense affairs.
Gallo is also on the board of directors of Operation Homefront, which provides emergency and morale assistance to the country's troops, their families, and Wounded Warriors.
She speaks on diversity, leadership, workplace ethics, and career advancement.
Prior to joining Booz Allen in 1984, Gallo worked as an intelligence analyst at the National Security Agency, where she provided intelligence reports and analysis to the intelligence community.
She holds a B.S. degree in journalism from the University of Maryland and an M.A. degree in national security policy studies from the George Washington University.
