Previously, Lucernoni had been a VP in both civil and intelligence program areas, as well as program director and deputy program manager on Harris’ second largest program, the National Reconnaissance Office’s (NRO) Patriot contract.
He served for 8 years in various director and controller roles in services, civil systems, and at the overall government division level.
