096_raytheonRaytheon has entered into two mentor-protege agreements with small businesses ISYS Technologies and Equipment Links, Inc, according to a company statement.

“Raytheon is committed to offering maximum opportunities for small and disadvantaged businesses to contribute and succeed within our key customer programs,” said  Sylvia Courtney, Raytheon’s intelligence and information systems vice president of supply chain.

“Teaming with small businesses has been a successful strategy for us, one that allows Raytheon to provide our customers with the best value products and services available,” she added.

Littleton, Co-based ISYS will enhance its cyber capabilities by working on a number of Raytheon programs which include delivering cybersecurity solutions for NASA, the U.S. Air Force and the Defense Department.

Raytheon signed a two-year Air Force-sponsored mentor-protege program agreement to make the partnership official.

Henderson, Nev-based Equipment Links will help Raytheon establish RCM processes across the company’s programs and pursuits for NASA, DoD and other federal agencies.

This particular mentor-protege agreement was agreed upon through Raytheon’s supplier diversity program.
