WWTlogoWorld Wide Technology and Embrane are partnering to deploy software-defined network offerings to enterprise data centers.

WWT has started exhibiting Embrane's SDN solutions at its executive briefing center in St. Louis for enterprises that build public, private and hybrid cloud infrastructures, WWT said Tuesday.

Embrane deploys its firewalls and load balancers in less than 90 seconds, according to WWT.

“We believe software-defined networking is becoming an important area of investment in the enterprise data center,“ said Bob Olwig, vice president of business strategy with WWT.

WWT adds Embrane to its existing partnerships with Cisco, Citrix, EMC, HP, NetApp and VMware.
