CACI International has won a contract to deploy a service management system across for a U.K.-based care provider aimed at helping the nonprofit organization manage service delivery, compliance, rostering, billing and payroll.
The company will integrate its OfficeBase system to handle Housing 21‘s work schedules and payroll for more than 7,500 employees and and up to 100,000 care hours per week for 240 elderly clients, 24dash.com reports.
Housing 21 wants the system to help it manage its domiciliary care, re-enablement and end-of-life care services, according to the report.
Dominic Rothwell, Housing 21 director of business development, said the organization aims to have one single integrated system for managing its business processes.
According to the report, CACI will implement its system for management information, web and mobile user interfaces and aim to integrate OfficeBase with existing systems.
