Executive Profile: Paul Dillahay, ARSC Federal President and CEO

Paul Dillahay

Paul Dillahay serves as president and CEO of ASRC Federal, having been promoted to this position nearly two years after joining the company as chief operating officer.

As COO, he held principal responsibility for the day-to-day operations of the company’s subsidiaries and its shared services center.

Subsidiaries work with the center to implement business practices and develop offerings for government customers and industry partners.

Prior to joining ASRC Federal, Dillahay was president and COO of USIS, where he managed the company’s financial, operational and sales performance.

He previously spent seven years in finance and operations at Lockheed Martin, where he implemented growth and leadership initiatives and led a broad business line providing support to the defense and intelligence community.

He also worked at General Electric in senior positions managing financial planning and analysis.
