Jacobs JV Wins London Roadwork Contract; Bob Duff Comments

JACOBS logo_GovConWireA joint venture comprising of Jacobs Engineering Group and Eurovia Group has won a contract for an undisclosed amount to perform road improvement work in the U.K.

Transport for London selected Ringway Jacobs to design, build and maintain highways in seven North East London boroughs, Jacobs said Tuesday.

Jacobs will serve as primary designer and planner under the eight-year contract, which started April 1.

“We are very pleased to receive this contract for maintenance activities,” said Bob Duff, a Jacobs vice president.

“The award continues our long association with TfL, and we look forward to supporting them on this significant project,” Duff said.
