Serco Consulting Promotes Keith White, Vicky Ernst and Ben Wong to Director Posts

Serco-ExecutiveBizKeith White, Vicky Ernst and Ben Wong, former managing consultants at Serco Consulting, have elevated to the director level as part of the company’s effort to provide opportunities for its pool of talent.

The company said the promotions reflect the executives’ ability to deliver customer value within their respective service lines, according to a press release.

“Our teams have truly outstanding skills and I am delighted that we can recognize the skills of some of those individuals with well-deserved promotions,” said Serco Consulting Managing Director David Beresford.

White was named director of shared services and outsourcing, Ernst as director of programs and transitions services and Wong as internal director of operational strategy and transformation service for SC’s Middle East office.

Wong joined the company in May 2010 to develop SC’s operating model, service operations design, purchasing and asset management.

White began at SC in July 2011 as a managing consultant in programs and transitions before establishing and leading the shared services division in 2012.

Keith has developed tools, consulting framework and training for shared services.

Ernst joined SC in 2005 and has since been recognized as the company’s transition expert.

In 2012, she received the Consultant of the Year award.
