Report: IBM Named Industry Leader in Business Consulting; Sarah Diamond Comments

IBM logoIBM has been named as an industry leader in a recent International Data Corp. report that evaluates and ranks business consultancies worldwide on their efforts to provide data transformation solutions.

The IDC Marketscape: Worldwide Business Consulting Services 2013 Vendor Analysis report interviewed more than 600 customers of business consulting services around the globe, according to an IBM statement.

“IBM is actively helping organizations rethink their business models and reinvent how they engage their customers for competitive advantage and growth,” said Sarah Diamond, IBM’s general manager for consulting services.

Clients surveyed viewed the company as capable of helping businesses expand into new markets, manage business risks and improve operational efficiency.

They also saw IBM as an outperformer for customer integration and for technical, functional and industry insights.
