Citizant has won four task orders to provide information technology and business support services to the Internal Revenue Service for initiatives related to the Affordable Care Act and identity credentials, among others.
These orders are worth up to $38 million combined and fall under the agency’s TIPSS-4 Information Technology Services contract vehicle, Citizant said Thursday.
The company will help the agency develop, manage and maintain software and programs for operation systems.
Citizant will aim to help the IRS secure and comply applications used for:
- ACA-branded prescription drugs
- ACA insurance provider fees
- Business compliance management systems
- Intranet web services and SAMS II
The company will also help the agency issue and maintain a credentialing system that complies with Homeland Security Presidential Directive-12.
