DLT Solutions has won a contract to help the Defense Department purchase SolarWinds“™ information technology asset management software as the agency aims to bolster its cybersecurity infrastructure.
The potential five-year Enterprise Software Initiative Blanket Purchase Agreement includes a three-year base period and two one-year options, DLT said Tuesday.
DoD will have access to SolarWinds“™ operations console, IP address manager, NetFlow traffic analyzer, network performance monitor, server and application monitor, storage and virtualization products through the BPA.
Chris Dewey, senior vice president of DLT’s infrastructure and peripherals sales team, said SolarWinds’ products are designed to help defense agencies consolidate IT resources, migrate from legacy products and meet compliance requirements.
The Enterprise Software Initiative is the department’s official program for overseeing agreements, assets and policies covering commercial-off-the-shelf technology.
