Executive Profile: Ann Davidson, ITT Exelis SVP, Chief Legal Officer and Corp. Secretary

Ann DavidsonAnn Davidson serves as senior vice president, chief legal officer and corporate secretary at ITT Exelis.

She assumed that role when the company spun off from ITT Corp in October 2011.

Davidson worked for ITT Defense & Information Solutions since 2007 and served as corporate VP, general counsel and chief ethics and compliance officer.

She also served as SVP, GC and corporate secretary for ATK and was VP, GC and corporate secretary for Power Control Technologies, Inc.

Davidson has held legal roles in several other companies during her career, including Thales North America, Inc.Parker Hannifin Corp. and Honeywell International.

She has also been in private practice and worked for the public sector as an attorney for the U.S. Department of the Navy.

Davidson graduated cum laude from the University of Dayton’s School of Law and holds a bachelor’s degree in political science from Ohio University.
