MCR Federal to Provide Engineering and Management Support for DoD Space Program

MCR logoMCR Federal LLC has won a three-year task order from the U.S. Air Force to provide systems engineering and management support to a rocket systems launch program at the Space and Missile Systems Center.

The RSLP is an initiative of the SMC’s Space Development and Test Directorate as part of the Defense Department’s research and development activities for on-orbit operations, MCR said Monday.

Under the contract, MCR will also offer risk management and configuration control services to the SMC/SD as it runs the program.

The Space and Missile Systems Center is also in charge of other DoD space programs that focus on launch services for federal and commercial purposes.
