The Ritz Carlton said the restaurant will offer breakfast, lunch and dinner full of Andrés’ twists on American classics with a focus on Virginia farms and wineries of the Piedmont region.
The restaurant is named after the Works Progress Administration writers project of the 1930s, according to the restaurant’s website.
The restaurant will use the space previously occupied by Entyse Bistro, Michel and Maestro.
The restaurant is scheduled to open in November 2013 and construction will begin this summer in mid July.
Andrés is a spanish/mediteranean native and has been studying american cuisine for more than 20 years.
