Unisys Corp. has introduced new software solutions that will enable communications service providers to deliver mobile offerings intended to fulfill customer preferences.
The company developed the Unisys Application Services Broker and Digital Dialog Manager with value-added services to help CSPs deploy mobile solutions to subscribers through short message service, social media, email and other channels, Unisys said Tuesday.
The ASB serves as a portal to integrate various communications services and DDM works by automating two-way communication between CSPs and targeted customers.
“Drawing on Unisys' expertise in enterprise cloud computing and mobility, our new solutions provide clients a way to build a delivery infrastructure and provide individualized services that drive revenue by anticipating and meeting their subscribers' continually evolving needs and preferences,“ said Steven Chuey, vice president for global communications solution management at Unisys.
Through the ASB, DDM helps to deliver promotional and advertising campaigns to subscribers based on several factors, including profiles, settings and location, Unisys said.
The value-added services are the Unisys mobile ad insertion for targeted campaigns, intelligent 0800 call routing service for transition to IP media subsystem and mobile access via the Unisys ePortal, and automatic reverse call and sponsored call solutions to link messaging and billing systems for prepaid subscribers.
Unisys also included a stealth solution to its VAS to help boost the cybersecurity infrastructure, the company said.
