BAE Systems has agreed to resell and distribute several Bayshore Networks firewall products under an expanded partnership aimed to help customers protect networks from cyber attacks.
BAE will offer Bayshore’s SingleKey firewall for enterprise and government users, SCADA firewall for critical infrastructure organizations and SingleView threat analytics and situational awareness platform, BAE said Monday.
William Mabon, BAE director of cybersecurity products, said the collaboration aims to provide clients technologies that work to defend systems against advanced persistent threats.
“Advanced Persistent Threats and other advanced malware attacks on government, critical infrastructure and defense networks are rampant, and require immediate resolution through highly innovative security solutions,” said Francis Cianfrocca, CEO of Bayshore Networks.
BAE will also provide customers 24/7 technical support and intellectual property to help minimize the risk of acquiring malware in their computers.
