Intelligent Decisions has opened a new office in Orlando, Fla., that will focus on research and development, design and manufacturing of simulation and training systems.
The 32,000-square-foot building is located near the U.S. Army's program executive office for simulation, training and instrumentation, ID said Thursday.
Harry Martin, CEO of Intelligent Decisions, said the Orlando office will work with federal civilian and private sector customers to further develop simulation training technologies.
Clarence Pape, ID vice president of simulation and training, said the Defense Department has used the company’s dismounted soldier training system for readiness and response exercises.
ID says it has 30 employees at the new office and plans to add 25 new jobs by the end of this year.
