ICF International has established a new business unit that will offer digital and interactive services to enterprise customers seeking to build their brands and develop channel strategies.
The unit will operate as ICF Interactive and aim to integrate the company’s systems integration, user experience and digital marketing offerings, ICF said Tuesday.
Scott Walker, an ICF senior vice president, said the company acquired multichannel electronic commerce operator Ecommerce Accelerator with the aim of helping ICF Interactive pursue business opportunities in the e-commerce market.
ICF has also retired the ICF Ironworks brand name and fold it into the new ICF Interactive unit.
The Fairfax, Va.-based professional services and technology provider acquired Ironworks in January 2012.
