Paul Hodnefield Earns NASS Public Service Medallion

b-w world-peoplePaul Hodnefield, an associate general counsel at Corporation Services Company, associate general counsel, has received a medallion from the National Association of Secretaries of State for two decades of service to business owners and residents in Minnesota.

NASS is a nonpartisan professional organization for public officials and recognizes individuals who aim to serve the public’s interest in election, business and civic education, CSC said Thursday.

Minnesota Secretary of State Mark Ritchie presented the NASS Medallion to Hodnefield at an Aug. 13 event.

“I am thrilled and honored to receive this award, which was made possible through CSC's ongoing support and encouragement of my involvement with filing offices and industry organizations,“ Hodnefield said.

He helped implement the state’s new Uniform Commercial Code online service and wrote white papers for the secured lending industry.

Wilmington, Del.-based CSC provides corporate compliance, issue management and transactional services to financial and law firms.
