Scott Seavers, a retired U.S. Air Force squadron commander, has joined Salient Federal Solutions as vice president of training and international programs.
The 25-year armed forces veteran will oversee the company“™s global instructional services to foreign governments, Salient said Friday.
Bill Parker, Salient chief operating officer, said the leadership experience and connection of Seavers brings leadership experience and relationships with defense agencies and foreign militaries to the company.
Seavers most recently led the Air Force Security Assistance Training Squadron, which develops and executes international education and training projects for 10,000 students from 140 countries.
He also led an estimated $2 billion F-15 training program for Saudi Arabia’s air force, which Salient says is the U.S. government“™s largest-ever foreign military sales agreement.
