SRA Teams with Intermec, Lowry for Army RFID Contract - top government contractors - best government contracting event

SRA-logoSRA International has been selected as the prime contractor for a $30 million U.S. Army program covering radio frequency identification services for computers and other products.

Intermec Inc. and Lowry Computer Products will work with SRA to deliver enterprise RFID, mobile devices and printer products to the Army,  contract, Intermec said Wednesday.

The Automated Movement and Identification Solutions Passive RFID II indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contract is for up to five years.

Intermec will also provide the Army rugged mobile computers with an integrated ultra-high frequency RFID reader, passive UHF RFID and barcode printer and fixed RFID reader.
