Rich-MartinRichard Martin serves as vice president of federal healthcare at CGI Federal, a subsidiary of CGI.

Martin's responsibilities will include overseeing the successful delivery of professional services to CGI's federal health clients, growing the CGI presence in the federal market, business strategy and planning, delivery oversight and customer relationship management for Federal agencies charged with advancing the national health agenda.

Martin has previously deployed nationally facing health care programs including web-based Medicare Part D prescription drug programs, health plan oversight and information sharing initiatives in support of healthcare.gov and Provider registration and attestation programs in support of HITECH health information technology adoption provisions and the Federal Health Insurance Exchange.

The 20-year commercial and federal veteran previously served in a senior role at American Management Systems.

Martin is a member of the Northern Virginia Technology Council, the Industry Advisory Council and the George Mason University College of Health and Human Services Advisory Board.

He is a graduate of the University of Virginia and is a certified project management professional.
