IBM Corp. has teamed up with social media marketing platform Shoutlet to provide digital marketing services to customers.
Shoutlet joins IBM“™s Smarter Marketing Cloud Network as a digital data exchange partner and will work to connect to customers“™ insights using the DDX application programming interface or the tag management technology, Shoutlet“™s Carol Tong wrote in a blog post published Friday.
Both companies aim to help customers combine their brands with Shoutlet“™s social profile feature and further build customer relationships.
The DDX API works to collect data and transmit the information to partners in real time for use against intraday marketing activities, Shoutlet says.
The Smarter Marketing Cloud Network comprises 100 digital marketing services and marketers use a single interface in order to deploy, manage and connect partner services.
