MAXIMUS Contact Center Recognized as Center of Excellence; Bruce Caswell Comments - top government contractors - best government contracting event

Maximus - ExecutiveMosaicMAXIMUS has announced that its Indiana Enrollment Broker Services contact center has been recognized as a center of excellence by BenchmarkPortal.

The contact center was chosen for the honor based on best practice metrics drawn from a database of objective and quantitative performance data from thousands of contact centers, according to a MAXIMUS statement.

“We are dedicated to providing the citizens of Indiana with the health information they need and to help them understand their health plan options,” said Bruce Caswell, president and general manager of MAXIMUS health services.

The Indiana contact center serves all Medicaid programs across the state’s 92 counties and handles close to 500,000 calls per year.

According to MAXIMUS, the center met BenchmarkPortal’s standards in operational efficiency, service-level standards, customer satisfaction and employee training.
