Software AG Unveils Big Memory e-Commerce Platform

Software AGSoftware AG demonstrated its Terracotta big data platform at a trade summit in Dubai this week.

Big Memory is an in-memory data management product for e-commerce applications that works to tackle website performance and fraud detection issues, the company said Monday.

The system is designed to work in conjunction with Software AG's universal messaging and Apama complex event processing solutions.

The UAE Telecommunications Regulatory Authority sponsored the daylong 1st Electronic Transaction and Commerce Summit that gathered e-businesses, enterprises and industry leaders and entrepreneurs to discuss the latest issues and trends in the Mideast e-commerce space.
