URS Corp. has received a certification from the International Organization for Standardization to recognize the company’s office in Linton, Ind. for complying with ISCO’s business operation and management standards, the Greene County Daily World reported Tuesday.
The ISO 9001 and 14001 Quality and Environmental Management Systems distinctions evaluate how the URS Linton Integration Facility offers technical services to clients, according to the report.
Eric Arnold, URS Linton program manager of operations, said the company received the ISO certification for standardizing its processes.
The Greene County Daily World reports the ISO 14001 certification also acknowledges how URS implements policies and programs intended to be environmentally-friendly.
