Alina Zarnescu Named Xerox Romania HR Manager

Alina Zarnescu has been appointed the new human resources manager of Xerox Romania, Romania Insider reported Thursday.

Irina Popescu writes that Zarnescu will be responsible for Xerox Romania’s human resources recruiting, managing, evaluating and professional development.

Zarnescu will also lead customized recruitment strategies development and offer career advice to the company’s middle and top management officers.

Zamescu is a 10-year industry veteran and has held several key positions at Procter & Gamble Balkans and has a Ph.D. in international trade.

Xerox joined the Romanian market with its first office in 1968.
