Deloitte Acquires Cloud Provider Quattro Innovation Group; Adam Powick Comments

deloitteDeloitte has acquired Australia-based cloud services provider Quattro Innovation Group as part of efforts to grow the company's cloud offerings, ARN reported Tuesday.

Brian Karlovsky writes nearly 20 Quattro personnel will move to Deloitte's Sydney, Australia-based office.

Adam Powick, Deloitte managing partner, told the publication the company aims for the acquisition to expand its cloud-based technologies on the and Google platforms.

Powick also told ARN the Quattro buy will bolster its customer relationship management technology offerings for the private and public sector organizations.

“It will enable us to take a more compelling end-to-end customer offering to the market by guiding our clients through the most effective implementation of these new technologies,“ he says.

Powick told ARN the acquisition follows three transactions Deloitte announced in the past five weeks.

David Hill, national managing partner for Deloitte private, said the firm is very serious about being right at the forefront of cloud-based customer solutions and applications designed for the top end of town, government and middle market clients.
