Jim Zarnick serves as the national director of information technology for Deloitte's federal practice where is responsible for the direction and execution of the work that the Deloitte IT organization performs in support of the federal practice.
He has been in his current role since September 2010 and has been at Deloitte since it acquired BearingPoint in May 2009.
When he first joined Deloitte, Zarnick was named director of international operations for Deloitte Consulting, supporting international assistance projects.
He then transferred to Deloitte's federal finance team where he retained his previous role but added Deloitte's federal billing, earned value and compliance teams to his oversight portfolio.
Zarnick joined KPMG in 1998 and spent nine years at the firm before joining BearingPoint in 2007 as director of international operations where he was responsible for the systems, policies and procedures used to support accounting, payroll, banking and other operational activities of the international practice.
Prior to KPMG, he worked for 17 years at Eastman Kodak in multiple engineering and business leadership roles.
Zarnick earned a Bachelor of Science with Honors in Computer Science from The Pennsylvania State University in 1981.
