Louis Berger International has appointed four executives to its Middle East and North Africa regional business operations and all will be based in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates.
The company made the appointments to support projects in the MENA as Louis Berger aims to expand its practice there, Louis Berger announced Oct. 1.
Tom Topolski, Louis Berger international operation vice president and MENA managing director, said those projects include the Riyadh metro, highways in Kuwait and the Education City program in Qatar.
Tarek Mourad will serve as the company’s MENA civil infrastructure program vice president after serving as Middle East chief engineer at AECOM.
Hany El-Gafy was appointed MENA project controls director and held the same position at AECOM.
Toby Hayward has been named MENA health, safety and environment director and formerly served as health and safety lead for CH2M Hill‘s UAE nuclear power program.
Paul Stevens will serve as MENA director for strategy and business development and previously worked for KBR‘s social infrastructure and facilities business.
