NTT Data Health IT Platform Gets EHR Use Certification


An NTT Data-made healthcare information technology suite has been certified to be used by health providers aiming to fulfill meaningful use requirements regarding electronic health records, HealthTechZone reported Monday.

Miguel Levia-Gomez writes the 2014 Edition Complete EHR Inpatient ONC Health IT Certification covers stages one and two of EHR meaningful use.

Centers must meet those requirements to qualify for American Recovery and Reinvestment Act funding, according to the report.

Levia-Gomez writes NTT DATA Optimum Suite is offered in two packages, with one working to help centers access and manage patient records, while the other aims to keep health providers updated and informed on healthcare regulations.
