Chuck Brooks, Xerox vice president, has agreed to serve on a panel at the three-day MIT Technology Review Innovations Forum in Moscow that will discuss the big global issues related to cybersecurity, GSN reported Wednesday.
Brooks, who is also the U.S. Department of Homeland Security client and executive, will also participate in the panel to discuss the economic ramifications of cyberattacks and the economic sector’s reliance on information and communication technologies.
Further, the panel is expected to provide data on people’s vulnerability to the Internet, types of available cyber protection measures and alternatives to anti-virus software, GSN noted.
Natalya Kaspersky, InfoWatch Group of Companies CEO and Kaspersky Lab co-founder, will moderate the panel.
Other members include Mikko Hyppönen, F-Secure chief research officer; Vasil Latsanich, JSC Mobile TeleSystems marketing vice president and Mircea Mihaescu, Sberbank IT Strategy division director.
