Executive Profile: Cheryl Campbell, CGI Federal SVP of Health and Compliance, Defense Agency Programs

cheryl CampbellCheryl Campbell serves as senior vice president of health and compliance and oversees defense agency programs at CGI Federal where she is responsible for the management, development and execution of business with many federal agencies.

Under her leadership, CGI’s has grown at a double digit rate each year and attained CMMi Level 5 certification.

Prior to joining CGI in 2005, the more than 20 year industry veteran was a VP at Science Applications International Corp. where she oversaw the civilian health services division.

Her responsibilities included profit and loss, management oversight, customer interface and management, marketing and business development, contracts negotiation and cost and pricing assessment.

Campbell serves as committee chair to several organizations including the Northern Virginia Technology Council and the Paralyzed Vets of America.

She also sits on the Regional Board for the American Heart Association’s Mid-Atlantic Affiliate and is the Greater Washington Region Board Chair and also serves as the board vice chair for the American Red Cross of the National Capital Area.
