GCE Unveils Financial Cloud Migration Platform; Matt France Comments

GCEGCE has launched a new platform designed to help customers move their financial systems from an enterprise resource software system to a cloud computing environment.

The GCE Financial Accounting Service is a multi-tenant Software-as-a-Service tool that runs Oracle‘s eBusiness Suite and is intended to assist client migration from Microsoft Dynamics AX, SAP Business ByDesign and other ERP software programs, GCE said Thursday.

Matt France, chief financial officer at GCE, said the company’s new offering is designed to help organizations upgrade accounting processes and obtain financial, efficiency and productivity information in real time.

The accounting system is pre-configured and built with an aim to speed up implementation, migrate and support data as well as to offer clients training.
