The Amor Group is being absorbed into the Lockheed Martin brand three months after Lockheed acquired the Scotland-based information and communication technology provider, Air Traffic Management reported Monday.
Aimee Turner writes the Amor Group operates under Lockheed’s information systems and global solutions business.
Lockheed’s purchase of Amor Group purchase sought to increase access in the energy, transportation and public services markets and to the group’s Chroma platform, Turner reports.
“Our technology and expertise has already delivered significant growth for our business since 2009 and we are still aiming to treble our business area by 2016,” said Scott Leiper, managing director of Lockheed’s U.K. civil commercial business, according to the report.
“With the Lockheed Martin brand supporting us across the world, we see no reason not to reach this target,” Leiper added, according to the report.
