DellLogo EbizDell has unveiled a new portfolio of offerings designed to organize and secure business data on desktop and mobile devices running on different operating systems, Silicon Angle reported Wednesday.

John Casaretto writes the company showcased its Enterprise Mobility Management suite, a combination of digital workplace applications and security platforms, at the ongoing DellWorld event.

Tom Kendra, vice president and general manager for systems management at Dell Software, was quoted as saying the product is built to help address disparate systems and mobile governance issues.

EMM is intended for enterprises to manage corporate- and employee-owned computers, smartphones and tablets without compromising privacy or user experience, Casaretto writes.
